CPS Registered Contractors Shine at NFRC UK Roofing Awards 2025

Fraden Contracts Ltd was awarded the top prize in the Mastic Asphalt Category for their work on the Ministry of Defence project in Shoeburyness. Collaborating closely with English Heritage, the team demonstrated outstanding technical skill and planning to sympathetically restore a historic natural rock asphalt roof, preserving the character of the listed buildings.

Complete Waterproofing Services Ltd triumphed in the Roof Tiling Category, sponsored by Marley, for their impressive contribution to the Beechwood Central West project in Basildon. Meanwhile, Karl Terry Roofing Contractors Ltd took home the award for Best Small-Scale Project (under £25k) with their striking restoration of the Finsbury Circus Gazebo.

In the individual categories, Jake Young of Safeseal Roofing Ltd, also a CPS-registered contractor, was named Young Roofer of the Year, recognising his remarkable skill, commitment, and potential as a future leader in the industry.
